Watermill Singing Waiter Surprise

The historic Watermill at Priston Mill, Bath was the chosen venue last weekend, set to host the big wedding day for Jade and Adam. This wonderful wedding venue, set in a truly idyllic location offers two different buildings, in which to hold special occasions, an 18th century Tythe Barn, and an enchanting watermill. The watermill was given by King Athelstan to the monks of Bath Abbey in the 10th century, before becoming the unique wedding venue it is today.

The bride wanted to further impress her guests with the choice of daytime entertainment. She booked ‘1st Call Entertainment’s – Singing Waiters’, John and Clare. While the guests were enjoying their arrival drinks, downstairs of the watermill, John and Clare were secretly setting up their PA equipment upstairs ahead of the wedding meal. During the dessert course to the complete surprise of the guests, John and Clare suddenly burst into song and then entertained with a selection of infectious, upbeat party songs.

Knowing that Jade was a big fan of the musicals they also included some fabulous show songs. Jade kindly commented in an email “We had the best time, all our guests absolutely loved it and you got us all up and dancing”.
